• Work closely with the credit risk team to drive the performance of our product suite (BNPL, factoring, etc.).
• Responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of our merchants, as well as of the buyers in their platforms.
• Use SQL and Python/R to extract insights from vast datasets, identifying trends in borrower behavior and macroeconomic shifts.
• Spearhead our strategic decisioning for our most valued transactions.
• Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to steer the development of our underwriting policy and score cards that optimize for both conversion and risk.
