About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review, draft, and manage foundational commercial agreements, including NDA’s, vendor contracts, and terms of service.
- Own and optimize our legal tech stack (e-signing tools, contract management software, and internal wikis) to streamline workflows.
- Act as the first point of contact for routine legal queries from internal stakeholders.
- Proactively pick up additional legal tasks with mainly a commercial focus as needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A recent university graduate with a degree in Law (First State Exam, Bachelor of Law, or a Master of Law) with a strong interest in business and technology.
- Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
- A genuine passion for the intersection of finance and tech and eagerness to learn how we navigate complex regulatory environments.
- A highly organized, detail-oriented approach with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment.
