Requirements

  • Experienced B2B sales professional, ideally with a background in industrial packaging, paper bag manufacturing, or related sectors.
  • Motivated self-starter, able to work remotely and independently, as well as collaboratively within a diverse, international team.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage prospects, customers, and senior stakeholders.
  • Adaptable and quick to respond to changing market conditions, customer expectations, and supply chain challenges.
  • Passionate about sustainability, able to effectively promote and represent Mondi’s sustainable paper-based packaging solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications and comfortable with internal CRM systems and digital tools.
  • Willing to travel extensively across the UK and occasionally to Europe for training, meetings, and industry events.
