Drive successful WBS project implementations from planning to go-live and stabilization
Support and lead on-site deployment teams and manage team logistics
Coordinate stakeholders, internal partners, external vendors, and consultants
Oversee technical design, configuration, testing, and integration of SAP modules (ECC, EWM, S/4HANA) and peripheral systems
Ensure adherence to project plans, tollgates, budgets, and quality standards
Facilitate end-user training and support change management efforts
Conduct risk assessments with operations leadership and end-users and implement mitigation strategies
Manage budget, resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
Provide on-site hypercare during production transition and perform post-implementation reviews
Travel and cutover support (~50% travel), including weekend and off-hour hypercare availability
Requirements
7+ years of experience in SAP implementation, project management, team leadership, and change management, ideally within a manufacturing or CPG environment
Bachelor's degree is required
Experience with SAP ECC, SAP EWM, and S/4HANA
Experience with design, configuration, testing, and integration of SAP modules and peripheral technologies and related integrations
Experience conducting gap analyses and executing change management strategies to ensure user adoption
Experience developing comprehensive project plans, managing budgets, and allocating resources
Experience providing on-site hypercare support and conducting post-implementation reviews
Ability to travel approximately 50% within North America (Canada, Mexico, and United States), including weekend and off-hour support during cutovers
Ability to lead, mentor deployment leads, and present status updates to executive leadership

The base salary range for this position is $95,100 to $130,800
