About the role
- Prepare short and long-term end-to-end supply chain plans for CEE Confectionary manufacturing cluster
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of about 8 supply planners
- Ensure plants conformance to schedule and drive labour and capacity plans
- Meet your KPIs including customer fill rate and inventory targets
- Deliver performance against approved master and detailed schedules
- Work closely with internal and external teams to deliver category goals
- Support and implement improvements in supply planning processes
Requirements
- Comprehensive supply planning and supply chain knowledge and experience
- Strong business acumen ideally within an FMCG/CPG environment
- Financial and/or logistics experience would be an advantage
- Able to drive continuous improvement in ways of working and operational management
- Experience in driving supply review and participation in an IBP cycle
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and verbal and written communication skills
