About the role
- Develop and maintain a complete knowledge of Mondelēz International, primarily Nabisco products, sales systems, and procedures.
- Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.
- Perform in-store planning by tailoring programs and fact-based sales presentations to the customer's needs.
- Develop strong business relationships with store management to provide service and value beyond the customer's expectations.
- Communicate plans and effectively manage merchandising resources to build sales volume at store level.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid REAL ID driver's license.
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree highly preferred.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
- Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Lincoln, CA
- Ability to drive to secondary locations: Rocklin - Auburn - Grass Valley, CA
- Full schedule availability required.
