About the role

  • Build powerful web applications using NodeJS and ReactJS.
  • Contribute to technical architecture design for new products and enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, and designers.
  • Help other engineers via mentorship, code pairs and code reviews.
  • Hustle and take ownership in a fast-paced startup.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience building applications on a modern web technology stack
  • A strong technical background anchored around modern backend web development (NodeJS, Express, Django, Flask, Spring, Play, etc.)
  • Proficiency with modern frontend web technologies (ES6+, React, Redux)
  • Well-versed with relational database technologies
  • Hands-on experience with public cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), including serverless application model
  • Decent communication English skills to collaborate with global members
  • Nice to Haves: Experience with building in-app predictive analytics; migration to microservices; open-source contributions; domain expertise in ad-tech and/or F&B technology
