About the role

Architect and develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using ReactJS and TypeScript.
Lead efforts to transition from a monolithic frontend to a micro-frontend architecture.
Collaborate with product managers to design and implement features that address customer needs.
Partner with customer success teams to gather feedback and refine the user experience.
Work with designers to integrate a robust design system and ensure visual consistency.
Maintain and improve application security and performance standards.
Engage in pre-sale and post-sale discussions to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions.
Contribute to frontend engineering best practices, standards, and tools.
Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to uphold quality standards.

Advanced proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Deep understanding of web technologies, specifically as it relates to digital advertising.
Experience working with large-scale frontend applications and micro-frontend architectures.
Strong knowledge of frontend testing strategies and tools (e.g., Jest).
Familiarity with backend integration, API consumption, and cloud services (AWS or GCP).
Experience translating design assets into interactive and visually polished interfaces.
Understanding of security and data protection principles in frontend development.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
A degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Bonus: Experience and/or expertise with mobile application development in iOS and/or Android.
Bonus: Familiarity with backend programming languages like Python or Go.
Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco HQ 3 days a week.
