About the role
- Assist with all phases of market research projects: articulation of research objectives; development of quantitative and qualitative research instruments; budget-setting and vendor management; analysis and reporting of research findings; presentation of results
- Design discussion guides based on client briefings
- Attend weekly client calls and provide input
- Lead interviews with business and technical stakeholders as required
- Synthesize research findings into reports and presentations
- Deliver high-quality research embedded in every aspect of the process
- Assist in playback presentations to clients
- Build internal and client-facing dashboards
- Carry out desk research projects as required
- Project management: scheduling, meeting notes, agendas, timelines, budgeting, resourcing
Requirements
- Around one to two years of experience
- Must be proficient in using data analytics and visualization tools such as SPSS, Tableau, Power BI, Displayr, and/or Q
- Prior experience in market research or data analysis strongly preferred
- Ability to design discussion guides and research instruments
- Experience leading interviews with business and technical stakeholders
- Ability to synthesize research findings into reports and presentations
- Experience with project management tasks (scheduling, meeting notes, agendas, timelines, budgeting, resourcing)
- Comfortable attending weekly client calls and assisting in playback presentations to clients
