About the role
- Manages store operations and personnel
- Achieves revenue, budget, and other objectives
- Develops business relationships with key customers
- Clearly defines goals and objectives for SSC personnel
- Provides leadership and direction in the pursuit of store objectives
- Communicates closely with customers to maximize market penetration
- Develops and implements strategic plans for corporate goals
- Advises customers on product selection and pricing
- Analyzes sales reports and controls expenditures
- Ensures compliance with Human Resource policies
- Recruits, hires, and manages SSC staff associates
Requirements
- HS diploma and 5+ years relevant sales experience required OR
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 1+ years of relevant sales experience.
- 4 years prior selling experience.
- Minimum 2 years previous management experience.
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must be Dal-Tile certified to operate powered industrial trucks.
