About the role
- Participate in sales calls with the Field Sales team member to supplement selling efforts.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations and Sales leadership to develop and manage sales forecasting and targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers.
- Conduct market analysis to understand local trends, competition, and customer behavior.
- Conduct regular sales team meetings to review performance, share updates, review best practices.
- Serve as a point of contact for the Field Sales team to help resolve customer issues.
- Ensure the use of the customer relationship management (CRM) system by Field Sales team.
- Monitor Field Sales team members’ selling techniques and customer interactions.
- Monitor geographical expense reporting to ensure adherence to budgets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience
- 6-8 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience
- 1-3 years of management experience
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products
