About the role

  • Participate in sales calls with the Field Sales team member to supplement selling efforts.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations and Sales leadership to develop and manage sales forecasting and targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand local trends, competition, and customer behavior.
  • Conduct regular sales team meetings to review performance, share updates, review best practices.
  • Serve as a point of contact for the Field Sales team to help resolve customer issues.
  • Ensure the use of the customer relationship management (CRM) system by Field Sales team.
  • Monitor Field Sales team members’ selling techniques and customer interactions.
  • Monitor geographical expense reporting to ensure adherence to budgets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience
  • 6-8 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience
  • 1-3 years of management experience
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products
