About the role

  • Performs Sales Calls including traveling to customers and potential customers
  • Makes sales presentations to prospective and present clients
  • Calculates and quotes prices, takes orders and closes transactions
  • Contacts prospects and explains product features
  • Monitors territory performance against established objectives
  • Provides customer service to ensure resolution of issues
  • Assists in establishing sales objectives for the territory
  • Stays abreast of industry, product, and territory changes
  • Develops territory coverage plan for customer contact
  • Manages business expenses in accordance with corporate guidelines
  • Performs other duties as required

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of progressively responsible work-related experience
  • Ability to learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s diverse business and product lines
  • Excellent presentation, oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills
  • Ability to work and communicate with diverse groups
  • Ability to gather, assemble, correlate and analyze statistical and financial data
  • Ability to interact with and track orders through mohawkNet system
  • Must be able to travel
