About the role
- Maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction throughout retail locations
- Train, coach, and drive sales revenue across various departments
- Manage account relationships and provide product line support
- Develop a strategic approach to calling on accounts

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field preferred (not required)
- Sales experience preferred
- Background in millwork or decking is a plus
- Ability to travel overnight 25%–40%
- Strong client and customer relationship skills
- Understanding of the sales process and sales cycle
- Experience in building materials preferred
