DevOps Engineer

• Own and operate production systems supporting Modulate’s APIs and enterprise products
• Design and implement monitoring, alerting, and observability systems
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and postmortem processes
• Build and improve on-call rotations and operational workflows
• Collaborate with engineers to deploy, maintain, and scale distributed systems
• Partner with leadership on infrastructure decisions, roadmaps, and reliability goals
• Evaluate and support deployment models including cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments
• Continuously improve system performance, resilience, and scalability

Site Reliability Engineer

Machine Learning Engineer

• Lead and support Modulate’s machine learning research and engineering team
• Ensure the team is aligned with business priorities and product needs
• Help grow team capability through hiring, mentoring, and skill development
• Maintain high team morale and an effective, collaborative culture
• Drive clarity on feasibility, prioritization, and estimation of ML work
• Ensure Modulate continues to ship high-quality, impactful ML models
• Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and executives (CTO, CEO, VP Product/Design) on ML strategy and priorities
• Deeply understand the team’s models and research to guide technical direction
• Help prioritize research and engineering efforts based on impact and feasibility
• Support the team in designing, training, and shipping machine learning models
• Mentor researchers and engineers and support their technical growth
• Participate in hiring and team expansion efforts
• Communicate model performance and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Optionally contribute directly to ML research and engineering work as an IC when needed
• Ensure strong collaboration across research, engineering, and product teams

Machine Learning Team Lead

• Own the reliability and performance of ML model inference systems in production
• Ensure high availability of deployed models across APIs and enterprise products
• Build systems to handle scaling, load variability, and production traffic growth
• Reduce operational burden through better tooling, automation, and processes
• Help define how Modulate runs ML systems at scale with reliability and efficiency
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain production machine learning inference systems
• Oversee fleets of inference machines and ensure system health and performance
• Design monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems for ML workloads
• Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response and debugging
• Build systems and processes for scaling inference infrastructure under variable load
• Improve reliability and observability of production ML services
• Collaborate on infrastructure-as-code for production deployments
• Support or contribute to GPU-based training and inference infrastructure
• Work closely with ML and engineering teams to ensure smooth model deployments
• (Optional growth area) Optimize model inference performance and latency

Machine Learning Operations Engineer

Product Manager

• Drive end-to-end execution across key platform product areas: APIs, integrations, enterprise workflows, dashboards, and self-serve UX
• Translate strategy into clear scope, milestones, and shipped outcomes in close partnership with Engineering
• Run fast build→launch→learn cycles with constant iteration and high transparency
• Contribute strong product design thinking and help raise the UX bar across the platform
• Start as the VP’s right hand across priorities, with opportunity to own a full platform domain over time
