About the role
- Provide phone support to customers when insurance agents are unavailable to take calls
- Self-schedule 10 hours per week with at least 5 hours on Friday and/or Saturday
- Support a software platform that streamlines the insurance process for agencies and clients
- Work with ModSquad, a remote customer experience services company
Requirements
- Candidates with data entry experience
- Candidates with high-volume call support experience
- Candidates who can type 45+ WPM
- Candidates who are strong multi-taskers
- Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
- Willingness to install ModSquad's security software on your computer and mobile device
- Willingness to install AWS on your computer
- Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures
- Stable broadband internet connection of 50 MBS or greater
- 8 GB RAM or better
- Dual monitors highly recommended
