About the role

  • Provide phone support to customers when insurance agents are unavailable to take calls
  • Self-schedule 10 hours per week with at least 5 hours on Friday and/or Saturday
  • Support a software platform that streamlines the insurance process for agencies and clients
  • Work with ModSquad, a remote customer experience services company

Requirements

  • Candidates with data entry experience
  • Candidates with high-volume call support experience
  • Candidates who can type 45+ WPM
  • Candidates who are strong multi-taskers
  • Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
  • Willingness to install ModSquad's security software on your computer and mobile device
  • Willingness to install AWS on your computer
  • Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures
  • Stable broadband internet connection of 50 MBS or greater
  • 8 GB RAM or better
  • Dual monitors highly recommended
