  • MyOutDesk is seeking a dedicated **Legal eDiscovery Project Manager** specializing in Relativity. This role is critical for overseeing the management of eDiscovery projects through the entire process, ensuring that all legal documentation and data are handled efficiently and accurately.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • - Oversee the management and execution of eDiscovery projects utilizing the Relativity platform.
  • - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and progress.
  • - Develop project plans, timelines, and strategies for successful eDiscovery management.
  • - Monitor data processing, document review, and production activities to ensure compliance and quality control.
  • - Identify potential risks and issues during the project lifecycle and implement solutions to mitigate them.
  • - Provide training and leadership to team members regarding best practices in eDiscovery and the use of Relativity.
  • - Prepare and present project status reports for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with client expectations.

Requirements

  • - **Bachelor's degree** in law, information technology, or a related field; advanced certifications preferred.
  • - **3+ years of experience** in legal eDiscovery project management, particularly with Relativity.
  • - Demonstrated expertise in **eDiscovery** workflows and best practices.
  • - **Fluent in English** with strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients.
  • - Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • - Familiarity with legal terminology and regulatory compliance related to eDiscovery is essential.
