Administration

• As a member of our office team, you will work closely with internal departments such as Sales and Executive Management
• In this role you will combine responsibilities from accounting, HR and general administration and actively contribute to process improvements
• Processing incoming and outgoing invoices and bank transactions
• Preparing payments and handling expense claims
• Reconciling payments with outstanding items
• Administration & Payroll: contracts, personnel files, vacation and salary records
• Recruiting & Onboarding: job postings, applicant management, and onboarding new employees
• Act as a point of contact for staff on organizational matters
• Compliance: maintaining policies and ensuring adherence to legal requirements and reporting
• Mail, email and office organization, including procurement
• Actively participate in structuring and optimizing processes

Events

• You ensure that our locker solutions are perfectly prepared, transported securely, and reliably installed on site.
• Preparation of our locker and container solutions in the warehouse.
• Loading and unloading trucks and safe transport to event locations.
• Professional assembly and precise installation of the lockers on site.
• Supporting festival guests to ensure smooth use of our solutions.

Event and Logistics Specialist, Truck Driver (Class CE)

Sales

• Identification and systematic pursuit of new business opportunities in the German market
• Persuasive presentation of our solutions to potential customers
• Building and maintaining relationships with venues (clubs, arenas, amusement parks), hotels and similar partners
• Independently managing the entire sales cycle – from prospecting and proposals to contract closing
• Close collaboration with teams in Germany and Belgium to ensure successful project delivery
• Contributing to the development of sales strategies and commercial initiatives
• Representing the company at trade shows, networking events and customer visits across Germany

Regional Sales Specialist – Event Venues, Music Clubs

Business Development Rep

• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through networking, direct outreach, and on-site visits.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships within France’s entertainment industry — from club operators to venue owners and promoters.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients in France for this target category, ensure their satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
• Represent Mobile Locker France at events, trade shows and industry meetings across France as needed.
