- IP/Patent focus - prosecution, litigation, or related technology transactional practice
- Demonstrated client development and interest in leveraging global opportunities
- Collaborative mindset and appetite to contribute to U.S. expansion
- Lateral partner/partner-level experience (senior practitioner)
