Learn our main recruiting roles和 practice hunting routine in external and internal sources.
Learn and practice constant and clear communication with candidates.
Support team in end-to-end recruiting processes.
Support team in other operational and internal HR processes.
Participation in weekly meetings to track activities with Brazilian and American managers.
Constant communication with our stakeholders.
Requirements
Interest in focusing on the routine of attracting and selecting professionals, with greater emphasis on the fields of software engineering, data engineering, and machine learning
Interest to develop candidate’s database management skills
Previous experience with selection process
Advanced English for communication with American team members
Good organization and analysis skills, with an interest to enhance them in the workplace routine
Flexibility to strengthen the skill of collaborating on different projects with the necessary support and guidance
Desirable Previous experience with competency-based interviews
