About the role
- This is a remote position at KIS Solutions, a technology consultancy that serves Fortune 500 companies and startups worldwide.
- Role available only for Latin America residents.
- Keep our recruiting management system organized and daily updated.
- Learn our main recruiting roles和 practice hunting routine in external and internal sources.
- Learn and practice constant and clear communication with candidates.
- Support team in end-to-end recruiting processes.
- Support team in other operational and internal HR processes.
- Participation in weekly meetings to track activities with Brazilian and American managers.
- Constant communication with our stakeholders.
Requirements
- Interest in focusing on the routine of attracting and selecting professionals, with greater emphasis on the fields of software engineering, data engineering, and machine learning
- Interest to develop candidate’s database management skills
- Previous experience with selection process
- Advanced English for communication with American team members
- Good organization and analysis skills, with an interest to enhance them in the workplace routine
- Flexibility to strengthen the skill of collaborating on different projects with the necessary support and guidance
- Desirable Previous experience with competency-based interviews
- Previous experience with ATS
