• Keep our recruiting management system organized and daily updated.
• Learn our main recruiting roles和 practice hunting routine in external and internal sources.
• Learn and practice constant and clear communication with candidates.
• Support team in end-to-end recruiting processes.
• Support team in other operational and internal HR processes.
• Participation in weekly meetings to track activities with Brazilian and American managers.
• Constant communication with our stakeholders.
