About the role
- Contribute to the development of scalable and maintainable solutions on the SAP Commerce Cloud platform
- Apply in-depth knowledge of SAP commerce cloud’s B2B commerce processes and implement solutions tailored to business requirements
- Design and develop backend WCMS components that are required for the storefronts to provide seamless and engaging customer experiences across various channels
- Implement integrations with other internal SAP / Non-SAP systems, third-party systems
- Get hands-on with Cloud portal way of deployment, backups, logs (Kibana)
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and maintainable solutions
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation of the solutions developed
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated and effective solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of IT experience
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on coding experience in SAP Commerce Cloud / Hybris development
- Working experience in headless storefronts, and integration touchpoints
- Familiar with cloud portal activities (deployment, backups, and logs)
- Proficient in code branching, merging, and code review processes
- Strong understanding of SAP Commerce Cloud platform architecture and its OOTB capabilities
- Prior experience with agile development methodologies
