About the role

  • Design, develop, and implement features for the SAP Composable Storefront (Spartacus) using Angular and TypeScript.
  • Ensure seamless integration with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and other backend systems.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in code branching and merging, ensuring a collaborative, streamlined development process.
  • Conduct self + peer code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and maintainable solutions.
  • Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure the quality, performance and reliability of the application.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation related to development processes, code, and system configurations.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the composable storefront.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated and effective solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 to 6 years of IT experience primarily focused on front-end development with a strong focus on Angular and TypeScript.
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on coding experience with SAP Composable Storefront (Spartacus) development.
  • Working experience in ecommerce headless storefronts, and integration touchpoints.
  • Strong hands-on experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
  • Proficient in code branching, merging, and code review processes.
  • Prior experience with agile SDLC methodologies.
