About the role
- Responsible for selling the company’s products and/or services with prospective and existing customers in an assigned territory
- Contact and qualify leads from internal customers, marketing campaigns and trade shows
- Generate prospective customers through cold calling and close sales generated by cold calling
- Qualify and follow up with sales leads
- Direct customers to company website or other company resources for information
- Build, establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and become a resource for their future product needs
- Keeps up-to-date knowledge of the industry, as well as the competitive posture of the company
- Prepares activity and forecast reports as requested
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 3+ years of related experience required
