Systems Engineer

• Design and develop secure, scalable technical solutions on the CRM (Salesforce) platform using out of the box automations such as Flows, validations, and security settings
• Provide technical guidance to key stakeholders for new projects, enhancements, and bug fixes related to solutions being delivered on the Salesforce platform
• Maintain strong knowledge of Salesforce system architecture and development best practices
• Assist in increasing the efficiency of our GTM teams and in scaling our GTM stack (Co-pilot, Clari, Outreach, Customer.io, LeanData, Hubspot) for rapid growth
• Provide ongoing support and management of SFDC
• Function as the go-to person for enhancement requests and inquiries; Coordinate updates, modify fields and workflows, etc as needed

• Central owner for forecasting, headcount planning, and quota planning, QBR templates for all of Mixpanel GTM globally

• Build and improve onboarding experiences that drive down time to value for new Mixpanel users

• Support Sales Engineers and Account Executives in deal cycles, contributing to technical discovery and solution design
• Deliver standard and semi-customized product demos to prospects
• Assist in qualifying customer use cases and identifying opportunities where Mixpanel can provide value
• Contribute to proof-of-concept projects, including setup, execution, and documentation of results
• Provide guidance on implementation best practices, including instrumentation and data structure
