About the role
- Support the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for new features and product enhancements.
- Develop clear, customer-centric messaging and positioning that highlights the value and differentiation of Mixpanel’s platform.
- Conduct research to uncover customer pain points, market trends, and competitive intel. Use insights to inform product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials.
- Create high-quality collateral such as product briefs, use cases, and training materials to empower sales teams. Develop resources like battlecards, FAQs, and pitch decks to support feature adoption and sales efforts.
- Partner with demand generation, content, and field marketing teams to contribute to integrated campaigns that drive feature awareness and adoption.
- Track and analyze the performance of feature launches, adjusting strategies and messaging as needed to optimize impact.
- Advocate for the customer by bringing their voice into messaging and product-related initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing within B2B SaaS or analytics platforms.
- Experience with go-to-market planning, messaging, and launching features.
- Excellent writing and content creation abilities, with a focus on crafting compelling narratives.
- Strong research skills, with the ability to gather and analyze customer and market insights.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive alignment.
- Creative problem-solver with a customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering results.
