About the role

  • Support the launch of a new go-to-market strategy for direct client motion of Mitratech Mineral, Mitratech’s HR Compliance and Expertise platform, through clear, compelling customer communications across email, in-product messaging, and other owned channels to drive awareness, adoption, and upsell.
  • Achieve monthly lead and conversion client upsell goals across Mineral premium solutions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teammates to execute measurable, omni-channel marketing campaigns that focus on driving engagement, retention, and upsell.
  • Create targeted nurture campaigns leveraging lead scoring to optimize leads for conversion.
  • Manage in-product marketing programs and identify new opportunities for product-led growth, including optimization, performance measurement and reporting, and program improvement with Product Management.
  • Partner with Content Marketing, Advisory and Content Services to collaborate on campaign needs that attract a qualified audience, including blogs, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, and infographics.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Sales Operations to automate processes, investigate smarter targeting capabilities, and assess opportunities for improving data quality.
  • Ensure campaigns are optimized for delivery and engagement, including messaging, call to action, and conversion mechanics.
  • Execute and coordinate A/B testing to hone messaging, email subject lines, calls to action, and other campaign components to increase conversion.

Requirements

  • 3-5 plus years of demand generation or customer lifecycle experience, preferably in the B2B technology sector
  • Background in working with HR and compliance products is a bonus, but not a requirement
  • Proven track record in designing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive customer expansion, upsell, and retention
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to write compelling copy and communicate with executives
  • Skilled at building relationships and working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experienced in managing multiple projects and initiatives while staying on strategy, on time and on budget
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to provide data-driven recommendations to management.
