About the role
- Collaborate with in-house People & Culture (HR) team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Source and engage top-tier candidates using various platforms and strategies.
- Screen and qualify candidates based on role and project-specific criteria.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve sourcing strategies.
- Find the best candidates for IT Tech, Digital Marketing, Creative Agency, Business Consultancy, and Back Office fields.
- Support hiring efforts on a contractor basis as an independent, invoice-based partner.
Requirements
- Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment (agency or in-house) with mid-sized companies/agencies in the Hungarian market.
- Expertise in niche positions such as CRM, SEO, and IT/development roles (examples: Vue 3, React, Rust, Node.js).
- Strong communication skills (native Hungarian and fluent English).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple roles/projects concurrently.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, etc.).
