About the role

  • Develop and manage a strategic pipeline of opportunities with banks, fintechs, and e-money providers across the UK and international markets
  • Proactively open doors, build relationships, and close deals at C-level and across multiple business functions
  • Own the full end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to RFPs, solution presentations, and contract negotiation
  • Partner with Marketing on campaigns, events, and thought-leadership activities to maximize engagement
  • Use Salesforce and sales enablement tools to manage activity, track pipeline, and ensure high-quality reporting
  • Stay ahead of the curve by becoming a subject matter expert in Identity Verification and KYC technologies
  • Drive strategic growth and close high-value SaaS deals for identity verification and fraud prevention solutions

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ proven success in new business sales within Financial Services, Banking, or e-Money sectors
  • Strong track record of selling SaaS solutions (ideally Identity Verification, Digital Fraud Prevention, or related complex tech)
  • Exceptional ability to open doors, build trust, and influence senior stakeholders across compliance, risk, digital, operations, and transformation teams
  • Skilled at needs assessment, solution selling, and value-based conversations
  • Confident negotiator with experience in closing large, high-value enterprise deals
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and driven by results – with the mindset of an entrepreneur and the energy of a team player
  • Experience using Salesforce and sales enablement tools
