About the role
- Ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency
- Manage full-cycle accounting
- Lead monthly close activities
- Assume ownership of liabilities related to player rewards
- Lead collections efforts through strategic follow-ups
- Prepare monthly sales tax filings
- Collaborate on preparing documentation for the annual audit
- Analyze spending patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Act as a NetSuite architect by leading enhancements to system functionality
- Manage fixed assets in NetSuite
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA designation obtained or in progress
- Strong proficiency in NetSuite (ERP)
- Experience with tools such as Float, Panax, or TravelPerk is a strong plus
- Strong variance analysis skills, accrual management, and support for ad hoc financial analyses
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to solve problems independently
- Excellent ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly
