• Study business performance issues and synthesize findings into clear recommendations to influence decision-making during the weekly business review forum.
• Analyze product experiments and launches using SQL and BI tools to identify performance drivers, quantify business impact, and recommend clear, data-driven actions.
• Develop analytical models to assess revenue capacity, incentive effectiveness, cohort behavior, and cross-functional performance, ensuring visibility into tactical and strategic business levers.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Commercial teams to co-develop business plans, testing strategies, and performance narratives grounded in quantitative evidence.
• Develop and manage key stakeholder reports, dashboards, and KPI frameworks to report business performance, trends, and emerging opportunities across product, user acquisition (UA), commercial, and market dynamics.
• Act as project lead (PMO) for cross-functional initiatives: design project plans, manage structured cadences, ensure alignment, and ensure projects deliver measurable financial or operational outcomes.
• Create polished visual presentations that translate analytical findings into compelling business stories for executives and board stakeholders.
