About the role

  • Lead efforts to expand LoyaltyPlay’s reach through complex, customized integrations.
  • Initiate and develop relationships with C-level and VP-level executives to identify and pursue custom integration opportunities.
  • Manage all phases of the strategic sales cycle, including due diligence, building business cases (ROI analysis), negotiating terms, and closing agreements.
  • Own the full pipeline of strategic opportunities, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting of progress and expected impact in Salesforce.
  • Act as the liaison between strategic partners and internal teams, translating partner requirements into actionable product features.
  • Advocate for new initiatives internally, securing buy-in from Legal, Finance, and Operations to enable successful launches and post-deal monetization.
  • Design creative, scalable commercial structures that align long-term incentives for both Mistplay and its partners.
  • Ensure a smooth handoff of new partnerships to Account Management/Customer Success teams after launch.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or corporate development.
  • Proven track record of closing complex partnerships in mobile gaming, ad tech, or loyalty/consumer technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in market expansion strategy, deal structuring, and go-to-market execution for new initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of competitive landscapes, emerging mobile monetization trends, and potential distribution shifts.
  • Strong executive-level relationship-building, complex partnership negotiation skills, and an innovation mindset.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), market research tools (Sensor Tower, App Annie), and project management tools (Jira, Asana).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or Finance; MBA preferred.
