About the role
- Perform full life cycle recruiting efforts
- Work closely with hiring managers to assess hiring and business needs
- Review/post job openings and source resumes
- Utilize social media and various advertisement options
- Identify qualified candidates and schedule interviews
- Provide benefit information, negotiate salary offers, and extend employment offers
- Attend regular Talent Acquisition meetings
- Manage applicant profiles in HRIS system (SuccessFactors)
- Develop creative strategies to attract and hire top candidates
Requirements
- 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field
- 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience
- Effective customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Successful demonstration of full-life cycle staffing experience
- Experience sourcing, identifying, and attracting top talent
- Experience recruiting for positions including software engineers, hardware engineers, cybersecurity engineers, radar systems engineers, embedded software engineers
