Requirements
- 1-3 years of sales experience with proven outbound prospecting
- Strong ability to produce results in a resource-constrained environment
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- High organizational skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally and be based in Texas (Houston, Dallas, or Austin)
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
- Commitment to customer retention and long-term relationships
- Ability to manage full sales cycle, write proposals, and collect payments
