About the role
- Remote Account Executive role selling Zoho implementation, consulting, and automation services
- Fully remote but must be based in Texas (Houston, Dallas, or Austin) for occasional client meetings
- Full-time W2 position with 3-month probation; no health benefits provided
- Focus on outbound prospecting (70%) and handling inbound leads (30%)
- Collaborate with software vendors and represent Mirror Advisors publicly
- Prepare/deliver presentations to C-suite, write custom proposals, manage sales cycle
- Utilize CRM to track leads and maintain organization
- Occasional travel for client meetings or networking events within Texas
Requirements
- 1-3 years of sales experience with proven outbound prospecting
- Strong ability to produce results in a resource-constrained environment
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- High organizational skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally and be based in Texas (Houston, Dallas, or Austin)
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
- Commitment to customer retention and long-term relationships
- Ability to manage full sales cycle, write proposals, and collect payments
