Analytics Engineer

• Build data products that move the business forward
• Partner with product and business stakeholders to understand needs, constructively challenge requirements, and ensure data products deliver actionable value
• Develop and maintain scalable data models, a comprehensive semantic layer (documentation), and robust transformation pipelines to convert raw data into analytics-ready datasets
• Build and maintain dashboards that guarantee reliable access to key performance indicators
• Shape the future of analytics at Mirakl
• Enable self-service analytics and emerging agentic solutions that empower users to independently discover insights and optimize workflows
• Drive adoption of analytics solutions through user training, responsive support, and incident resolution
• Continuously refine data solutions and workflows by monitoring usage metrics and gathering user feedback to improve quality, reliability, and usability.

Product Manager

• Design new features and evolutions of Mirakl Connect
• Manage, maintain and prioritize the functional backlog for a development squad of developers
• Ensure that the squad is working efficiently on the highest priority topics without spreading themselves too thin and delivering value incrementally
• Perform and maintain market and product analysis
• Collaborate with the Data Science team to imagine new intelligent features and integrate them into the product where relevant
• Work closely with all Mirakl stakeholders (Sales, Support, Customer Success...) to ensure that you and the squad are driving the company's short, medium and long term goals
• Collaborate with the Product Design team to design new features or enhance existing ones in the most efficient and simple way possible
• Collaborate with the engineering manager to evaluate the technical impacts of the backlog stories
• Collaborate with developers, quality analysts and technical writers throughout the life cycle of each user story
• Maintain/be aware of the impact of the stories on the user experience
• Identify technology partners that can bring value to our customers and co-construct integration scenarios

Senior Product Manager

Artificial Intelligence

• Design, develop, and optimize AI agents using frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, and LangFlow
• Leverage large language models (LLMs) and techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Own the full lifecycle from initial design through MVP delivery and successive iterations
• Implement reusable frameworks & tools to accelerate development while ensuring scalability
• Explore emerging AI paradigms and evaluate new tools and technologies

• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create engaging visuals for various digital platforms (e.g., social media, websites, email campaigns).
• Assist in the design and layout of print materials, such as brochures, posters, flyers, and event booth graphics.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the brand’s visual identity.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with the brand’s guidelines and messaging.
• Help maintain a consistent look and feel across all channels by following established design standards.
• Edit and optimize images for web use, ensuring fast load times and high visual impact.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and incorporate them into your work.
• Take feedback from senior designers and stakeholders to refine designs.
• Video editing, animation, or other multimedia projects, if needed.
