About the role
- Constantly engage with development teams to understand their challenges and feed the team's roadmap to improve development practices and tools
- Lead architectural thinking for your features and their integration into existing systems
- Implement features after breaking them down into atomic tasks to facilitate testing and code reviews
- Attend and potentially lead design meetings or refinement sessions
- Ensure and improve the stability and robustness of the products/applications your team is responsible for through code reviews and writing tests
- Conduct code reviews and pair-program with the team's developers
- Monitor and resolve production issues for your team's products/applications
- Improve user guides for your team's products/applications
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives at Mirakl Labs
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Golang and ideally 2 years with Java and/or ReactJS
- Familiarity with Python for automation and AI
- Understanding of the challenges faced by software factories/engineering pipelines
- Desire to work in an environment where you can quickly see the impact of your work and continue to learn and refine your skills
- Strong ability to work independently
- Proficiency in professional English
