About the role

  • Design, develop, and optimize AI agents using frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, and LangFlow
  • Leverage large language models (LLMs) and techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Own the full lifecycle from initial design through MVP delivery and successive iterations
  • Implement reusable frameworks & tools to accelerate development while ensuring scalability
  • Explore emerging AI paradigms and evaluate new tools and technologies

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer with strong software engineering skills
  • Proven experience building AI agents using LLMs, RAG, MCP, and related technologies
  • Production deployment expertise — experience shipping AI solutions to production
  • Strong proficiency in Python
  • Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning — stay current with AI/ML trends
  • Strong communication skills in English and French
