- Manage day-to-day operations of total rewards programs
- Conduct thorough market analysis and oversee compensation cycles
- Provide guidance on job evaluations, salary recommendations, and incentive programs
- Analyze compensation and benefits data to prepare decision-making reports
- Lead special projects and initiatives to enhance total rewards function
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, or benefits
- Strong knowledge of compensation frameworks, equity-based compensation, benefits design and HR compliance
- Proven ability to analyze compensation and benefits data to provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Experience managing vendor relationships and overseeing the administration of benefits programs
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, compensation tools and modules
- Exceptional communication and project management skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
