Work on modernizing and enhancing the federal tax collection service, enabling payment of fees and taxes to the Federal Revenue Service through multiple channels (digital channels, APIs, and payment files to suppliers);
Define scope, develop functional and technical requirements, write user stories, and estimate resources needed for the development team;
Coordinate and lead Sprint planning meetings, ensuring alignment among stakeholders;
Work closely with the development team, clarifying questions, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring clarity of delivery objectives;
Monitor user acceptance testing (UAT) and pilot programs, ensuring that deliveries comply with business and technical requirements;
Prepare and maintain the project schedule and status reports, with regular communication routines and checkpoints;
Ensure on-time deliveries according to the plan and established targets;
Identify risks and propose mitigation plans, acting proactively to resolve impediments;
Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-up, planning, review, retrospective) and promote product management best practices.
Requirements
Proven experience in Agile methodologies, especially Scrum;
Proficiency in scope definition, gathering and prioritizing requirements, schedule tracking, and delivery control;
Ability to coordinate multiple teams, strong stakeholder communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset;
Ability to translate business needs into clear, measurable user stories.
