Grow sales of Titan product by means of corporate sales calls, store sales calls, contractor sales calls
Prospect new customers in niche segments to expand and broaden product offering
Service distribution via training, sales POS, and soliciting orders
Provide equipment knowledge and troubleshooting as a service to contractors and store personnel
Display or demonstrate product both verbally and hands-on to emphasize saleable features and benefits
Regularly deliver product training to distributor personnel, contractors, and other end users
Quote prices and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained
Estimate date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of own firm's production and delivery schedules
Prepare reports of business transactions, manage carstock inventory, report expenses and mileage per policy
Prepare forecasting reports for designated territory
Build relationships with top contractors in each market
Requirements
High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
Minimum of two years’ field sales experience
Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak effectively before groups of customers
Strong understanding of sales profit and loss concepts
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while being self-motivated and a good team builder
Entrepreneurial and self-starter mentality
Competent using Microsoft Office (including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint), Apple iOS Cellphone, and basic web-based applications
Spanish speaking strongly preferred
