About the role
- Provide end‑to‑end operational support for OpenShift clusters and VMware environments
- Ensuring high availability and stability
- Troubleshoot complex production issues using Splunk logs
- Driving permanent fixes with an SRE mindset
- Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines
- Improve deployment automation
- Support global operations, including working in shift/24×7 environments as required
Requirements
- Minimum 9+ years of experience
- At least 4+ years relevant hands‑on experience with OpenShift, VMware administration, and DevOps tools/practices
- Proficiency in Splunk‑based troubleshooting, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git, GitHub)
- Skilled in Shell scripting / Python / PowerShell
- Comfortable working with RESTful APIs (GET, POST, PATCH, PUT)
- Exposure or working knowledge of ArgoCD is preferred
