About the role

  • Supporting the implementation of the ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management (APM) module
  • Activating and configuring the APM module
  • Working closely alongside functional resources to define the system scope and objectives
  • Developing Configuration Item relationships for Business Capabilities, Information Objects, Business Applications, and Application Services
  • Integrating APM with other ServiceNow modules including ITSM and SAM

Requirements

  • Experience working in ServiceNow platform as a Developer
  • Prior work experience on APM module
  • Experience in development of Service Catalogs
  • Implementing ACLs
  • Transform maps
  • Flows via flow designer
  • Client scripts
  • CMDB health metrics
  • Intermediate knowledge of development languages: XML, HTML, CSS, Java, and Java Script
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Portfolio Management (APM)
  • ServiceNow System Administrator Certification (CSA)
