Lead client discussions, workshops, assessments, and solution presentations.
Develop cloud strategies, migration roadmaps, and ensure alignment with Quebec compliance.
Support RFP/RFI responses, solution design, and proposal development.
Architect secure, scalable GCP solutions across Compute, Storage, Networking, IAM, Security, GKE, Cloud Run, and data services.
Design cloud-native apps, microservices, and modernization patterns.
Build Landing Zones, VPCs, IAM frameworks, and IaC automation (Terraform).
Guide engineering teams and ensure adherence to delivery frameworks.
Lead migrations from on-prem or other clouds into GCP.
Oversee execution teams to ensure performance, compliance, and stability.
Produce documentation, architecture artifacts, and handover materials.
Advise executives, architects, and technical teams.
Influence cloud strategy and strengthen the GCP partnership.
