About the role
- Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows
- Support solution design across ServiceNow modules (ITSM mandatory; ITOM/HRSD/CSM preferred)
- Coordinate with developers for configuration, testing, and UAT
- Conduct workshops, demos, and stakeholder reviews
- Support platform enhancements, releases, and documentation
- Requirement specification for enhancement requests for existing ServiceNow tools and processes
Requirements
- 6-12 years of total experience
- 4+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst
- Experience in business requirement gathering, documentation, and process design
- Ability to create user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/ITBM/GRC
