About the role

  • Design and develop experience in ServiceNow IT Asset management
  • Implement and configure ServiceNow HAM & SAM Pro modules
  • Lead and execute end-to-end implementation of SAM and HAM functionalities
  • Integrate ITAM with CMDB, Discovery, SCCM, Intune, JAMF, and other data sources
  • Develop and manage REST/SOAP API-based integrations, JSON/XML processing, and MID Server integrations
  • Build automation using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Scoped Apps

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITAM (HAM & SAM Pro)
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration & scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
  • Experience with software licensing models, normalization, reconciliation, and compliance frameworks
  • Knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, and data ingestion
