About the role

  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and month‑on‑month revenue tracking with variance analysis
  • Prepare and drive leadership reporting (weekly, monthly, SLA reports, Watchlist, e‑Mon, and ad‑hoc reports)
  • Lead M‑Review preparation, scheduling, and follow-up of action items
  • Oversee operational processes, demand management, and overall delivery governance
  • Support BU leaders with accurate financial insights, delivery decks, and operational data management

Requirements

  • Strong financial acumen—budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis (ETC, Managed Services)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and decision‑making skills
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical ability
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in high‑pressure situations
  • Flexibility to support US time zones with minimum 4-hour overlap
