About the role
- Lead ServiceNow projects from requirements gathering through deployment
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and testers
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and ITIL frameworks
- Track project outcomes, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed
- Deliver project documentation and post-implementation reviews
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (mandatory)
- Experience managing IT or ServiceNow projects
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification preferred
