About the role

  • Develop custom applications, workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and integrations.
  • Lead/participate in SPM module rollout, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Integrate SPM with external systems (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, SAP, HR systems) using REST / SOAP APIs.
  • Configure Portfolio, Programs, Projects, Epics, Stories, and Resource plans

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow SPM modules
  • Development Experience with JavaScript (Server & Client side), Flow Designer, UI Builder, Service Catalog / Request workflows.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow SPM/PPM Module Certification
