About the role

  • Support the development and expansion of Capgemini's university partnership network across North America, aligned with the company's business and talent priorities.
  • Create and maintain a mapping of U.S. universities, identifying key institutions, relevant programs, and strategic contacts.
  • Create and maintain a mapping of Canadian universities, identifying key institutions, relevant programs, and strategic contacts.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support university relationship development activities.
  • Support PLM practice leads and regional leaders with operational reporting and analysis activities.
  • Create and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards by integrating multiple data sources using Power BI and Power Apps.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the North America PLM practice.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university program or business school that offers internships.
  • Practical experience in marketing, partnership development, and building and expanding networks.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI (required), and PowerApps (recommended).
  • Innovative mindset and proactive approach to process improvement and implementing initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong team orientation, resourcefulness, organizational skills, and good time management.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively with minimal supervision, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Bold, action-oriented attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and proactive in driving solutions.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to evolving and growing business needs.
