About the role

  • Design, implement and optimize HR solutions via SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements
  • Translate business needs into efficient HR processes
  • Configure the Recruiting module in SuccessFactors
  • Support testing activities alongside the client
  • Train clients for successful adoption of the solution
  • Develop and deliver tailored training materials
  • Lead go-live activities and ensure smooth transition
  • Stay up to date with SAP SuccessFactors releases and suggest enhancements

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years work experience within a similar role
  • Hands-on experience with the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting solution
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting module is a must
  • A collaborative mindset & customer-oriented attitude
  • Fluency in English, and Dutch or French is necessary
