About the role
- Design, implement and optimize HR solutions via SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements
- Translate business needs into efficient HR processes
- Configure the Recruiting module in SuccessFactors
- Support testing activities alongside the client
- Train clients for successful adoption of the solution
- Develop and deliver tailored training materials
- Lead go-live activities and ensure smooth transition
- Stay up to date with SAP SuccessFactors releases and suggest enhancements
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years work experience within a similar role
- Hands-on experience with the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting solution
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting module is a must
- A collaborative mindset & customer-oriented attitude
- Fluency in English, and Dutch or French is necessary
