About the role
- Support the management and growth of one or more accounts across the entire Invent offering portfolio
- Pro-actively open new connections and relationships in your role
- Work with leading companies developing, prioritising and delivering the banking institutions of the future
- Design and lead streams of work
- Contribute to Capgemini’s growth through successful delivery
- Identify and analyse problems that may affect delivery and adoption of solutions
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous business performance improvement
- Lead workstreams on key projects
Requirements
- Deep Banking and hands-on Consulting experience
- Broad knowledge of banking and cross asset classes
- Experience in implementing regulatory changes across Banking
- Experience in Retail banking, Private Banking & Wealth or Corporate Investment Banking
- Understanding of 3 lines of defense and how data and controls are executed
- Experience in developing and executing the technology roadmap in a banking environment
- AI Strategy and delivery projects
- Knowledge of Global Payments with focus on either wholesale or retail side
- Experience in people management
- Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation
